How do people talk to Maven?
By text, email or your website, in the language they prefer. Maven introduces itself as your AI assistant and remembers the conversation when they return. For children’s programs, it talks with a parent.
Do we have to move everything to Maven?
Start with your next intake. Maven runs its applications, forms, agreements, registration and payment follow-up. Keep teaching, official attendance, exams, credentials and financial aid in your specialist systems. We test the agreed work and any needed connections before switching.
Which decisions stay with our team?
Your staff decide admissions, placement, refunds, financial aid and exceptions. Maven gathers what they need, asks for a decision and follows through once they approve.
How do we see what Maven has done?
See what’s finished, what’s waiting and who needs to decide in each person’s record. A reminder sent is not a payment received; a booking is not attendance. Maven needs confirmation from the relevant record or staff before calling the work finished.
Who can Maven contact?
People who’ve agreed to hear from you. The first text asks permission before the conversation begins. People can change their preferences or stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
