Help newcomers become regulars.

Maven is an AI employee for member organizations and churches. It follows up with newcomers, gets hosts’ answers and handles renewals, so staff aren’t chasing every loose end.

What can we demonstrate today?

School demos cover setup, registration and a test tuition payment. The full journeys shown here, including class changes and member renewals, are still being verified. Before you switch, we’ll show which steps work for your setup and name anything that comes later.

How do people talk to Maven?

By text, email or your website, in the language they prefer. Maven introduces itself as your AI assistant and remembers the conversation when they return. For children’s programs, it talks with a parent.

Do we have to move everything to Maven?

Start with a newcomer program or simple membership offering. Keep giving, child check-in and your main church system. We test any connections, including Planning Center, against the steps you need before switching.

Which decisions stay with our team?

Staff decide refunds and exceptions. Leaders approve group places, and pastoral care stays with your people. Maven arranges the details and follows through after the right person agrees.

How do we see what Maven has done?

See what’s finished, what’s waiting and who needs to decide in each person’s record. A reminder sent is not a payment received; a booking is not attendance. Maven needs confirmation from the relevant record or staff before calling the work finished.

Who can Maven contact?

People who’ve agreed to hear from you. The first text asks permission before the conversation begins. People can change their preferences or stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

What does it cost, and what’s included?

One flat monthly subscription covers Maven, its software and standard setup. We’ll work through your rules with you and try the jobs with sample people before turning them on. We’ll go through pricing in the demo.
